Digital Product Delivery

N4Pro provides instant digital document delivery. When you complete your purchase, your N4 Notice and Certificate of Service are immediately available for download.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital products, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical errors: The PDF files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged twice for the same notice
  • System failure: The system failed to generate your documents after payment

Not Eligible for Refund

  • User input errors (wrong dates, amounts, names entered)
  • Change of mind after download
  • Tenant paying rent after N4 was generated
  • LTB dismissing your case for reasons unrelated to document formatting
  • Failure to properly serve the notice to your tenant

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@novacoral.ca
  2. Include your purchase email address
  3. Describe the issue (attach screenshots if applicable)
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

  • Ensure you understand the N4 process and requirements
