  • Tenant information: Name(s) as they appear on the lease
  • Rental property information: Address of the rental unit
  • Financial information: Rent amounts and arrears periods
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Browser type and version
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring website

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate your N4 Notice and Certificate of Service documents
  • Process your payment via Stripe
  • Send you your documents via download
  • Respond to your support inquiries
  • Improve our Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

We retain your form data for 30 days after document generation to allow for support inquiries. After 30 days, form data is automatically deleted.

Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Vercel: For website hosting
  • Legal authorities: If required by law

We protect your data with:
